Now: A guy that has lived in the area his whole life, and worked at a lot of the motels doing various jobs owns this place.  He lives in the house, and has the other bldg split into apartments.  He looked through my stack of postcards and knew about every place. The hill that overlooked the motel was too grown up for me to climb and get a comparison shot, but the sign is still there.
